It's almost time for the 19-20 school year!

The 19-20 school year is just about to start! Here is some important info:

Class Schedules ~
Schedules will be available online beginning the afternoon of August 19th. To see your schedule, log in to your StudentVUE account:

Storm Starter Days ~
This is an opportunity for students to briefly meet with their counselor to talk about changing a class (or classes).
These are the dates & times for our Storm Starter Days:

Tuesday, August 20

  • Session 1: 8am-11am (PROMPT cut-off)
  • Session 2: 1pm-3pm (PROMPT cut-off)

Wednesday, August 21

  • Session 1: 11am-2pm (PROMPT cut-off)
  • Session 2: 4pm-6pm (PROMPT cut-off)

Schedule Changes ~
If you are unable to attend Storm Starter Days you will still be able to talk with your counselor about changing classes from Sept. 5th through Sept. 18th. To do this, come to the Counseling Office during the period you'd like to change and sign up on their board. Then wait in the chairs in the hallway until your name is called. You will not be able to change your schedule after Sept. 18th.

Brand New Summit Families ~
A welcome day is in the works for all of you BRAND NEW to Summit. More details to come but save Tuesday, Sept. 3rd!

Freshmen Day Sept. 4th ~
This is the first day of school for Freshmen and attendance is MANDATORY! This is a fun day designed to help you become familiar with Summit and your class schedule. It goes from 8:45am to 3:45pm and we'll provide lunch. Buses will run as normal.

First Day of School ~
Thursday, Sept. 5th will be a BLACK day and is the first day of school for 10th, 11th and 12th grades.
