Students and Families of Mountain View High School,
Welcome to the 2021-22 school year! I hope you were able to find some moments of relaxation, reflection and fun over the summer months.
enter my 4th year as the principal of Mountain View High, I do so with
excitement and cautious optimism. Our goal is to teach students
in-person for the entire year, while doing what we can during that time
to keep students and staff as safe as possible. We will need your
cooperation and support to meet these goals!
We will welcome all 9th grade students to campus on Wednesday, September 8th.
This will be a day filled with orientation activities (including an
extensive school tour) facilitated by MVHS student council and link crew
mentors. September 9th and 10th will be 7-period days for all students.
Canvas Observers of your student’s classes. Canvas is going to provide you with the most up to date information about teacher contact, assignments, grades, and curriculum. ParentVue will still house student attendance, grades, transcripts and demographic information but will lag the information available on Canvas.
