Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 from 4:00pm-8:00pm.
During this time, teachers will be available in their classrooms to meet with parents for 10-15 min conference sessions on a drop-in basis. No appointments are required (however, some teachers may reach out to prearrange appointments if desired). Parents can take advantage of a variety of activities during this event:
Please
note that some teachers may not be available the entire conference
session due to athletic practices or other conflicts. A list of teacher
availability is posted here. Please connect with these
teachers directly if you would like to set up an alternate time to
discuss your student.
Parents, please come prepared with a copy of your student’s class schedule. This will allow you to find teacher names and room locations. You can print a student schedule from ParentVUE or StudentVUE, or simply have your student write it down for you.
Prior to conferences we also encourage parents to review the up-to-date student grades and any missing assignments posted in Canvas. This will ensure you have a clear picture of your student's standing in class prior to meeting with their teachers. Parents can view Canvas with their student or log in using their own observer account here.
