Congratulations Class of 2021!

This year's graduation was certainly one for the history books, on our home turf, with clear blue skies and plenty of sunshine! We are excited to offer a recorded video of the ceremony for families to relive every moment and also share those moments with those who could not attend in person.

Transcript Requests

Final transcripts for 2021 graduates will be available, upon request through the link below, after June 21st.

MVHS provides transcripts to colleges, universities, trade schools and employers through Parchment for current and former students. Current and former students can create an account and request their transcript through Parchment, linked here.

Letters of Recommendation

You can a request a letter of recommendation from your counselor by filling out the Google form linked here:

Mountain View High School Student Information Sheet and Resume

Don’t be afraid to “brag” about yourself a little! Your counselor will use this information to recommend you for scholarships, college admissions, summer programs, and other honors/awards. Letters of recommendation need to be requested 2-3 weeks in advance of when they are needed.

Graduate Requirement Information

Essential Skills and Career Related Learning requirements are waived for the Class of 2021 by the state of Oregon.

Senior Checkout - iPad Return

Pay Outstanding Fees & Fines: Seniors should log into the district TouchBase payment system to review any outstanding fees or fines. Use the instructions on the website to log in under each individual student. All outstanding bills must be paid for students to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Senior iPad Roll-in: scheduled for Wednesday, June 2, through English classes. If students do not have an English class in the White rotation, we will let those students turn in their iPads and other Media Center materials throughout the day.

Senior Exit Survey: Click Here to complete. This 10 minute senior exit survey is used to collect data on our senior class including their plans after graduating. Students will need access to some of their college information for this survey, such as scholarships and award amounts. This survey is a graduation requirement. See Mrs. Williams in the College & Career Center with questions

Honor Cords

Students may have earned cords through various accomplishments throughout high school. These cords should be worn with their robes. Here is a handy guide to what each of those cords mean:

Purple – All AP Honors

White – Honors Diploma

Gold – 3.5 GPA or above

Black – Perseverance Cord

Red – Blood Drive Honors

Blue/Gold Twist – Honor Society Member

Purple/Silver Twist – Biliteracy Seal

Red/White Twist – Unified Sports/Special Olympics

Order Graduation Items Here

All graduating seniors are required to purchase a cap and gown unit (this includes a 2021 tassel). *all caps and gowns will be RED this year*

  • Orders can be placed online at
  • Order packets are available if you prefer to order by mail.
  • Graduation orders should be placed on the website or by mail no later than April 2021
  • Orders can be placed online or by mail with a down payment and balances are due by March 12th. Information for this is in the packet and on Miners website.
  • Graduation announcements and other printed materials will be distributed in April.
  • Cap and gown units will be distributed in May.
  • Class Rings and Letterman Jackets may be ordered throughout the school year.

2021 Parent Grad Party Committee

The graduation party is an all night, drug and alcohol free event for graduating senior students that is organized, funded and staffed by senior parents. This party is not school or district sponsored. The district respectfully asks that party organizers continue to follow all guidelines set forth by the Governor's Office.

Information about this outside event can be found on the Community Board in the main hallway, or by connecting directly with the party organizers. Please direct all questions to this year's planning committee:
