La Pine Middle School
At La Pine Middle School, we strive to create a positive, multi-faceted environment for all students. For many, this includes athletics. Our goal is to allow all athletes, regardless of experience and/or skill, to play, develop their abilities, and have fun in a team environment.

Parents of students wishing to participate in athletics should register using FamilyID. FamilyID is a secure, user-friendly online registration platform that streamlines the application process and allows parents to enter information once for multiple family members and athletic teams.
All student-athletes MUST have registered on FamilyID and have a current and valid sports physical in order to participate. Student-athletes MUST also have a signed contract prior to the first competition.

Sports physicals are required for all students, 7th grade physicals are valid through 8th grade. All physicals need to be completed prior to the sports season and not before May 1st of the summer before the current academic year. Please be sure to print out the OSAA School Sports Pre-Participation Examination form
Take it to your child's sports physical appointment. When you have completed the sports physical, please turn it in to the school.
