SPORTS REGISTRATION
Parents of students wishing to participate in athletics should register using ArbiterSports (see link below). ArbiterSports is a secure, user-friendly online registration platform that streamlines the application process and allows parents to enter information once for multiple family members and athletic teams.
THE FOUR STEPS TO REGISTER ARE:
1) Complete online registration through ArbiterSports. Please do this first.
2) Make payment(s) for sports through Touchbase. Scholarship forms are available in the Front Office. Please call 541.355.8200 for more information.
3) Have a current sports physical on file. All physicals need to be completed prior to the sports season.
4) Call the office at 541-355-8200 to confirm and pay unpaid fines/fees. Unpaid fines/fees need to be paid in full prior to student athletes participation in competition.

At La Pine Middle School, we strive to create a positive, multi-faceted environment for all students. For many, this includes athletics. Our goal is to allow all athletes, regardless of experience and/or skill, to play, develop their abilities, and have fun in a team environment.

All student-athletes MUST have registered on ArbiterSports and have a current and valid sports physical in order to participate. Student-athletes MUST also have a signed contract prior to the first competition.

Fall Registration:
- FOOTBALL 7 & 8 - CLOSED, will open 8/1/25
- GIRLS VOLLEYBALL 7 & 8 - CLOSED, will open 8/1/25
- CROSS COUNTRY 6, 7, & 8 - CLOSED, will open 8/1/25
Winter Registration:
- BOYS BASKETBALL 6, 7, & 8 (through Bend Park & Rec) - CLOSED
- GIRLS BASKETBALL 6, 7/8 (through Bend Park & Rec) - CLOSED
- WRESTLING 6, 7, & 8 - CLOSED
Spring Registration:
- BASEBALL (through La Pine Park & Rec) - NOT BEING OFFERED SPRING 2025
- TRACK and FIELD 6, 7, & 8 - CLOSED

Pay to Play Fee is $40.00 for the 24/25 School Year

Physicals
Sports physicals are required for all students. All physicals need to be completed prior to the sports season and are valid two years from date of physical. Please be sure to print out the OSAA School Sports Pre-Participation Examination form
Take it to your child's sports physical appointment. When you have completed the sports physical, please turn it in to the school.
