Transcript Requests

Students can order their transcripts and/or test scores by following the guidelines below for current or past students.

If you did not set up your alumni access during the senior check out process, you will need to contact SchooLinks directly in order to access your SchooLinks account. You can do this by using their Help Chat feature on the login page or email them directly. You will need to provide them your name, student ID, and personal email.

SchooLinks is a modern, college and career readiness platform to prepare students for what comes after graduation. SchooLinks helps students discover their interests and strengths, explore colleges and careers, and create an individualized career and academic plan that best reflects their post-secondary goals. SchooLinks at Bend-La Pine Schools is accessible in 6th-12th grades by students and their parents.

SchooLinks features are incredibly user-friendly and were designed to streamline the college and career readiness workflow for counselors and staff.

Class of 2024 and Beyond:

If you are a current student, please use SchooLinks to request transcripts.

• Unofficial transcripts are available for download at any time in SchooLinks.
• Seniors: Final transcript requests will be processed once all grades have been submitted and entered on your transcript.

Final grades are not complete until the end of the last week of June.

* Please allow 3-5 business days for processing requests. Official transcripts cannot be sent to personal emails. *

Students: How to request a transcript in SchooLinks (not using college application manager)

Class of 2024 Students: If you set up your personal email access during the Senior Check Out process, use your username/password to log into your school links account. If you do not remember your password, select “Forgot Password.”
