Current, Returning, or Previously Enrolled Family

Thank you for using our Online Student Enrollment system.

Our Online Enrollment system is a component of our ParentVUE™ system. ParentVUE™ is our online parent portal tool providing parents/guardians with the ability to monitor their students' education progress. Additionally, parents/guardians have direct access (from within ParentVUE™) to the Online Enrollment system where you can review and update information our schools have on file for your student.

Enrolling a new student requires you to complete two (2) steps:

  1. Complete the required information in our Online Enrollment system.

Re-enrolling your student that withdrew earlier this school year requires:

  1. Complete the required information in our Online Enrollment system.
  2. Contact your student's school (call the main office) for additional requirements and appointments.

Updating information for your student that is currently enrolled does not require additional steps unless notified by the school.

Online Enrollment - Getting Started

  1. Login to ParentVUE™ with your account.
    • Forgot your password?
      • On the ParentVUE™ login window select More Options, then Forgot Password.
    • Forgot your user name?
      • We recommend using your email address as your user name. You can email us to request a new user name.
    • Not sure if you have a ParentVUE™ account?
      • Contact your student's school to request a ParentVUE™ account or email us to request a ParentVUE™ account.
  2. Select the Enrollment/Update tab in the upper right corner of the main ParentVUE™ window.
  3. Complete your student's enrollment, re-enrollment or updates using the Online Enrollment system.
    • If you log out of the Online Enrollment system, you can easily log back in by going to the Parent Tools webpage and selecting ParentVUE™.
