Facilities Use Requests

Caldera High School auditorium

Individuals and community groups may schedule use of Bend-La Pine Schools facilities during non-school hours, as schedules permit and by permission at the school site. The facility user must agree to all District Terms and Conditions and a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming Bend-La Pine Schools as an additional insured must be received prior to use. Absolutely no alcohol, tobacco or drugs are allowed on any school district property.

  • District sponsored activities including co-curricular functions have priority.
  • We do NOT schedule events more than 6 months in advance.
  • A staff member must be present at all times for all outside use.
