As summer break begins, we encourage students to make the most of this well-deserved time off. Take a break from screens, reconnect with family and friends, and enjoy the activities that bring you joy.

  • Unplug from devices
  • Declutter and refresh your space
Remember, it's always okay to ask for help. Support is available, so don’t hesitate to talk to someone if you’re feeling overwhelmed.
