Board of Directors Hold Special Meeting Jan. 25

Bend-La Pine School’s Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25 (the regularly scheduled Work Session will follow immediately after). During this special meeting, Superintendent Steven Cook will recommend removal of Appendix A: Meals from the Continuation of In-Person Instruction Plan. If approved, this recommendation would allow the district to transition to shortened quarantine and isolation periods for students to align with current recommendations from the CDC.

La mesa directiva tendrá una junta especial el 25 de enero

La mesa directiva de las Escuelas de Bend-La Pine tendrá una junta especial a las 5:30pm el martes 25 de enero (la junta normal anteriormente programada seguirá justo después). Durante esta reunión especial, el Superintendente Steven Cook recomendará la eliminación del ‘Apéndice A: Comidas’ del Plan para la Continuación del Aprendizaje Presencial. Si está aprobada, esta recomendación permitiría que el distrito escolar cambie a los aislamientos y cuarentenas más breves para los alumnos, para alinear con las recomendaciones del Centro para el control y prevención de las enfermedades.
