Our schools are ready to serve students for in-person learning. We can't wait to see you in our classrooms.
Schedule for our Phase-in Plan to Return to School
To prepare for in-person learning, we encourage families to:
All students are required to
wear a mask while at school. Be sure to practice wearing a mask before
the first day so students grow comfortable with the practice.
Students in grades K-3 will begin All-in and will attend every day. Other grades will begin in a balanced/hybrid schedule: two days in-person, two days remote learning and Wednesdays focused on additional academic support and enrichment. Students attending balanced/hybrid will be divided into two cohorts based on their last name and attend either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday (teachers will let families know their cohort).
Schools are providing free breakfast and lunch to students at all school sites. Find out the daily menu online: https://bend.nutrislice.com
To ride the bus, students must be registered for transportation. Families can register by filling out this form or calling 541-355-5702. Once registered, families should check route times and bus top locations online on our Transportation webpage. Students must wear masks while riding the bus. Elementary route times and locations are available now; middle and high school routes are expected soon.
Start and stop times for elementary schools will be adjusted in order to accommodate bus routes. Physical distancing requirements mean fewer children are permitted on a bus at any time, which means more bus routes are required to bring students to school.
Start times are:
