Bend-La Pine Schools is serving free Grab 'n' Go meals at 19 schools throughout Bend, La Pine and Sunriver.

The free meals are available to children age 0 to 18, Monday to Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m..

Visitors are asked to enter through designated doors, pick up a meal from the cafeteria and then take the meal to go. Gathering inside the school will be discouraged.

Bend-La Pine Schools custodial staff will be cleaning before and after each meal. Adults can purchase a meal for $4.

Additionally, our staff members are hitting the road to deliver meals to students in local neighborhoods. In addition to serving tasty breakfast and lunch grab and go offerings at school sites, we are also offering meals at the following spots Monday to Friday:

• Country Sunset Mobile Home Park, 11:30-11:45 a.m.

• Eagle Landing Apartments, 12:00 - 12:15 p.m.

Route 4 - Bend

• Thurston Apartments, 11:30-11:45 a.m.
• Native Sun Apartments 12:00 - 12:15 p.m.

Route 5 - Bend

• Deschutes Mobile Home Park - 11:30 to 11:45 a.m.
• Romaine Village - 12 to 12:15 p.m.

Route 6 - Bend

• Juniper Mobile Home Park - 11:30 to 11:45 a.m.

Route 7 - La Pine
