Bend-La Pine Schools launched an innovative, interactive tool - Bend-La Pine Schools My Bus Stop - that will give families access to real time school bus route information.

Bend-La Pine Schools My Stop allows families to view the estimated time of arrival for their child’s bus on a smartphone, tablet or computer.

“We are excited to offer this new GPS service to our bus-riding families,” said Kim Crabtree, Director of Transportation. “As Central Oregonians know, road conditions and heavy traffic can slow bus routes. With My Stop, families will be able to stay up-to-date about bus arrival times both for morning pick-ups and afternoon drop offs.”

The Bend-La Pine Schools My Bus Stop service enables families to:

• See a student’s bus stop on a map
• See the estimated arrival time for the school bus at the stop
• Keep families up-to-date about bus arrival times both for morning pick-ups and afternoon drop offs
• Receive a push notification if the bus is running significantly behind schedule or with other important transportation information

To install the App:

To install the app, simply visit the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple Store (for iOS), and search for "VersaTrans My Stop" or log-in via the web at My Stop. Make sure you select Bend-La Pine Schools when prompted.

To log in:

User Name: Enter your student's 6-digit ID number (If you don’t know your child’s ID, contact your school for assistance.)
Password: Enter your student's birth-date in the format mmddyyyy - For example, 05052003 for a birth-date of May 5th, 2003.

Parents may note a SCANS feature on app and website. This function is not available at this time, though we plan to make this a resource for those interested at a future date. With My Stop SCANS, parents can opt-in to view when and where their students scan on and off the bus with a Bend-La Pine Schools My Stop card.
