ParentVUE Update

Changes to ParentVUE and StudentVUE

If you have downloaded the ParentVUE or StudentVUE app and tried to log on recently, you may have noticed an error message. This is because the URL (web address) for Bend – La Pine School’s StudentVUE and ParentVUE has changed. Please take a few moments to update the apps using the steps below.

Update your mobile apps following these steps:

  1. Open the ParentVUE or StudentVUE app.
  2. Select the gears icon in the lower left hand corner of the screen.
  3. Android mobile devices: Select the Bend-LaPine School District shown and delete it.
    - or -
    Apple mobile devices: Swipe the Bend-LaPine School District right to left to delete.
  4. All mobile devices: "Add another district URL" and search on the Zip Code: 97703
  5. Re-select the Bend-La Pine School District
  6. If you receive a pop-up asking you to create a new account with an activation key:
    • If you have a current account: Click "No" and continue to login.
    • If you do not have a current account: Contact your student's school for an activation key.
  7. As you enter your user name and password you may choose to set the ‘Save User Name’ and ‘Save Password’ settings.
