Safety improvements

A new secure lobby will be constructed. The parking lot will be reconfigured to improve site traffic and ADA upgrades will take place.

Maintenance and preservation

New roofs will be installed on a storage shed.

Energy conservation

HVAC will be modernized and made more efficient.

Technology

New technology includes a new intercom system, installing ceiling projector mounts, installing key card access for all exterior access doors, and modernizing wireless wiring.
