Bond Updates
October 2018: Moving into design development.
May 2018: BBT Architects has been selected and the project is in the programming phase to identify the scope of the work. Schematic design is slated to be complete by the start of summer.
At Our School
Total Estimated Project Cost: $6.2 million
Add instructional space
The bond will fund the addition of a new multi-use instructional space and a kitchen. Ceiling fans will also be installed to regulate classroom climate.
Safety improvements
A new secure lobby will be constructed.
Maintenance and preservation
Roofs will be replaced on Buildings A, B and C; duct-work will be upgraded; the drainage between Buildings B and C will be improved.
Energy conservation
All single pane windows will be replaced and HVAC controls will be modernized.
Technology
New
technology includes installing ceiling
projector mounts, installing key card access for exterior doors, and modernizing wireless wiring.
