About Bend-La Pine Schools My Bus Stop

With Bend-La Pine Schools My Bus Stop, parents, guardians and students know approximately what time their school bus will arrive at their home stop, as well as receive important notifications — all from a smart phone, mobile device or computer. The school bus location is automatically updated, and the ETA is recalculated to accommodate any delays due to traffic while in route.

RFID Cards

Bend-La Pine Schools families will be able to opt into a system that will allow them to know when their child enters and exits the school bus with a Radio Frequency Identification Device cards (RFID).

Participating students will receive a unique card and can scan their RFID cards when entering and exiting the bus. The scanner will log the location and time of entries or exits. Parents can view this data using the MyStop app.

Interested parents or guardians should fill out an RFID consent form.

Upon completion, drop off the form with your student's school or with the Transportation Department between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

To install the app, simply visit the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple Store (for iOS), and search for "Versatrans My Stop" or log-in via the web at My Stop. Make sure you select Bend-La Pine Schools when prompted.

To log in:

User Name: Enter your student's 6-digit ID number.
Password: Enter your student's birth-date in the format mmddyyyy - For example, 05132003 for a birth-date of May 13th, 2003.

How often is the information on the app updated?

The bus’s location is automatically updated and the ETA is recalculated to accommodate any delays due to traffic along the route. The ETA provided is generally accurate within a few minutes, though there are some locations where information will be delayed between Verizon towers.

How early can I log into the app?

Information for your child’s bus route is available beginning 20 minutes prior to your student's scheduled pick up and drop off times.

What if I have more than one child riding the bus?

If you have multiple children transported by Bend La-Pine Schools, simply login* with one student’s information, and you will receive access to all of your children’s bus information. Sibling names will appear on a drop down menu within the application. Bus routing is specific to each student.


*To login to the app, use one of your children’s student ID and their birth-date using the following methodology: MMDDYYYY.

If a student has transportation between schools/programs during the day, will My Bus Stop show those routes?

No, Bend-La Pine Schools My Bus Stop reflects bus route information from home to school and school to home only.

Can I change my password?

It is best if you do not change your password, as there is no automated password retrieval provided at this time. If you forget your password, you will not have access to your account until our staff can change the password back to the standard password.

Can I use the application to request or withdraw from bus service?

No. The application does not allow messages from the users to the District. To apply for or withdraw from transportation service, you must contact your school. Updated student information is transmitted to the Transportation Department every evening. Changes to your student's information cannot be made from our location.

How do I find out my child's ID number?

Parents and guardians can find a child's student ID number by logging into ParentVUE and choosing the "student information" tab. It is listed under "PermID." Stop by your school's office for assistance.

Can My Bus Stop send push notifications?

Yes. The Transportation Department staff can send push notifications to parents when deemed appropriate.
