Buckingham Elementary School Supplies Information

This year we are adopting a new program that will save you time and money and reduce waste! Instead of purchasing a list of specific school supplies, families are invited to make a donation to the Buckingham school supplies fund to help defray the cost of stocking classrooms. This way, teachers can do the shopping for you. It couldn't be easier! Just bring your donations to BES at Open House night, send it with your student on the first day of school, or pay online.

If you want to pay online:

  • Access the Bend-La Pine Schools website at www.bend.k12.or.us
  • Click on Parents tab at the top of the page, then click Parent Tools
  • Select the Fees and Fines online payment system box
  • Log in - user name = student ID number (this can be found on your child's report card)
  • Password = student last name (the first letter is capitalized
  • Click on your child's name, then click Items at Student's School
  • Click on School Supplies
  • Find the appropriate items from the list, enter the amount you wish to pay/donate
  • Click Buy and then Checkout
  • Mastercard, Visa and debit cards are accepted. There is no fee for this service.

We are asking families to donate $30 per student. If that is a hardship, we understand. If you'd like to make a donation above and beyond the $30, this generosity is always appreciated and will help offset the cost of families who are unable to donate.

The only school supplies that we will be asking families to provide is a backpack (labeled with their name), a personal water bottle (also labeled) and shoes appropriate for PE. Please contact our FAN Coordinator, Erin Brown, if you need help providing these things.

Buckingham's savviest shoppers will be hard at work rounding up the right learning materials for all of your students. Thank you so much for helping us get them exactly what they need.
