Graduation Details

IMPORTANT DATES: All guidelines below must be met successfully, by their completion date in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Sunday, May 19: Bend La-Pine Online completion requirement for online classes

Friday, May 24: Complete Graduation Checklists DUE

Wednesday, June 5: Last day of classes for Seniors to complete BTA coursework, including GED.

Friday, June 7 at 9:00 a.m.: Mandatory Graduation Practice & Senior Breakfast

Monday, June 10

  • 6:00 p.m.: Seniors must arrive dressed and ready
  • 6:30 p.m.: Gym doors open for guests
  • 7:00 p.m.: Graduation starts

Graduation is Monday, June 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
Seniors must arrive at 6:00 p.m.

DRESS CONSIDERATIONS

  • Appropriate clothes for a special occasion
  • The ceremony will be in the Bend Tech Academy Gym
  • Every senior will be in a blue gown with an undecorated, tasseled cap. Please see Laurie Speck in the office if you did not yet order a cap or gown.
  • As with every other graduating class, we will not allow any other bling or accessories other than native, tribal or other traditional regalia from a student's family of origin. Students are allowed to carry their cell phones.

BEHAVIOR CONSIDERATIONS

Especially important for this year's seniors, we want to emphasize the importance of making smart choices as it relates to social gatherings. Be smart. Stay safe. And keep yourself healthy!
