Mental Wellness

For many families, the last several weeks have been a time of increased and persistent stress. Children may respond to the stress they’re experiencing with strong emotions or changes in behavior adding to the difficulty’s parents are already facing. The following resources contain parenting tools to help families navigate this challenging time.

COVID 19 Parenting Tips

Topics include: Keeping it Positive, Keep Calm and Manage Stress, Family Harmony at Home, and many more!

Stress & Coping Tips

Topics include: Ways to Support your Child, Taking Care of Yourself, and others!

Physical Wellness

Especially for growing children, regular health care is an important part of staying healthy. Even during the COVID 19 pandemic, many Primary Care Clinics are still scheduling Well Child Checks and Immunization appointments. Check in with your healthcare provider about the services they recommend keeping up with and ask what precautions their clinic is taking to keep in-person office visits safe!
