Summer running begins Monday, July 8. Meet in Drake Park 8AM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
A sample running week can be:
Mon - 3-5 miles
Tues - warm up 15 min, 4 x 3min, 15 min cool down
Wed - 3-5 miles
Thurs - warm up 15 min, Tempo 20 min, 10 min cool down
Fri - Rest
Sat - warm up 15 min, 2 x 1 mile, 10 min cool down
Sun - Long Run 45 - 60 min

August 5 is the first day to get packets.

You must be cleared by 3 pm on Aug. 16 in order to practice on MONDAY, Aug. 19.

Office is closed on Aug. 19, but open Aug. 20 - 23 * business as usual

Pay - to - play fee is $100 (as of 2-8-13) for OSAA sports

CLUB sports pay-to-play may vary

Fees & fines must be paid prior to clearing. All incoming Freshman and Juniors must have a new sports physical dated after May 1, 2013.
