You must be cleared by 3 pm on Aug. 16 in order to practice on MONDAY, Aug. 19.

Office is closed on Aug. 19, but open Aug. 20 - 23 * business as usual

Pay - to - play fee is $100 (as of 2-8-13) for OSAA sports

CLUB sports pay-to-play may vary

Fees & fines must be paid prior to clearing. All incoming Freshman and Juniors must have a new sports physical dated after May 1, 2013.
