ANNUAL JEWELL PTA CARNIVAL
MARCH 1ST, 2013 5:30pm - 8pm
Carnival Tickets $5 each (good for 20 games/booths)
Pizza or hot dog & chips $2 each (includes soda or water)
STUDENTS MUST ATTEND WITH AN ADULT
(including middle and high school students).
If you are interested in making any donations for our raffle or volunteering for the carnival, please contact your child's teacher or the Jewell Office.

JEWELL VISITORS
All Jewell visitors must check in at the office and wear a YELLOW visitor's pass or their BLUE volunteer name badge when in the building. Thank you for helping us to keep Jewell a safe place for our students to learn.
