Bend-La Pine Schools Seeks Zone 2 Board Member Bend-La Pine Schools Board of Directors are looking for interested applicants to vie for an opening on the Bend-La Pine Schools Board of Directors, serving Zone 2, northeast Bend.

The successful applicant will be appointed by the Board of Directors and will complete the term previously held by Zone 2 Director Kelly Goff. Once appointed, the Zone 2 Director will serve from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, which is the remainder of Goff's term.

Applicants must:

• Reside within a Zone 2 voting precinct (precincts 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 26, 41, or 46)
• Have been a resident of Zone 2 for at least one year
• Be a registered voter in Zone 2
