Good school attendance is important because it helps your child develop habits that will help them be successful the rest of their lives.  Attendance habits are developed early in life and children who have good attendance habits early in their school careers are more likely to continue them. Thank you for your support and effort in helping with your child's attendance!

Other News and Info...

We are in the process of re-establishing our Site Council here at Buckingham and are seeking two parent representatives.  The time commitment for Site Council generally involves bi-monthly meetings after school, however the schedule can vary depending on agenda items and topics under discussion.

• Site Council Applications are now available in the main office.
• Applications are due back to the main office by Friday, January 20th.
• Elections for the Site Council parent representatives will take place at our next PTA Meeting which will be held on Tuesday, January 31st.
