We have a 5 period schedule, all classes meeting daily. There are three 12-week terms (trimesters). For college purposes, the first two trimesters are considered for our mid-year report. The average class size is 33. The average teacher load is 130.

La Pine High School is one of five high schools in the Bend-La Pine School District. The district has 17 elementary schools, and 6 middle schools. Central Oregon Community College and Oregon State University Cascades Campus is located in Bend, which is 25 miles north of La Pine. La Pine High School has a total enrollment of 538 students.
