BATTLE OF THE BOOKS: Teams of 4 students per team compete answering questions about 16 different books they've read. Battles begin Tuesday, February 14th.
BOOK TALKS: Our teen librarian from the public library comes to our media center to tantalize you with new titles.
LUNCH BUNCH BOOK CLUB: Every Monday, both lunches with DPL Teen Librarian April Witteveen.
BOOK SWAP: Perpetual book swap going on all year long. Bring in a book from home (middle school appropriate) then you may take a book from our "Book Swap" racks.
AUTHOR VISIT: Rick Yancey, author of the Alfred Kropp series, will be at HDMS Wednesday, March 13 at 10:30 am. Sponsored by Deschutes Public Library!
