FREE AND REDUCED MEALS
 

You can save up to $630 per child a year if you qualify for free or reduced priced meals, which includes breakfast and lunch.  All grade levels are included.  Applications may be turned in any time during the year.

SchoolCenter PictureA new application must be completed each year, and only forms for the current year are accepted.

Only one application form needs to be completed per family, with the exception of foster children, who must each be on a separate form.  Once an application has been approved, it will not be necessary to complete a new application during the school year.  If there are any changes please call our Free and Reduced Specialist at 541-355-1153.  See the online forms below.

Current year Free and Reduced Priced Meals Applications are available from the Nutrition Services office, your child's school office or kitchen, or printed from the links down below. Complete and sign the application and return it to the Nutrition Services address below or to your child's school office or kitchen. Your application will be processed within five working days. You and your child's school will be notified of your eligibility status.
