Term of Employment:
June 2013 - May 2014

Committment:
The position is based on an additional 5 contract days and an additional 80 hours over the course of the year.

Compensation:
$4,000 stipend
5-day extended contract at per diem rate
Professional Development budget to be shared between Leadership Coach / Mentors

Synergy Site Facilitator
(JOB DESCRIPTION)

Terms of Employment:
This position is temporary for one year from March 2013-February 2014.

Committment:
At least 85 hours of service outside of the normal work day will be expected, this will include up to 10 hours of responsibilities during early to mid August 2013. (See job description)

Compensation:
$1750 Stipend

Instructional Coach & Curriculum Leader
(JOB DESCRIPTION)

Terms of Employment:
Two-year term; Teachers may apply for subsequent terms, but must be subject to the hiring process.

Mentor Teachers
(JOB DESCRIPTION)

Terms of Employment:
Temporary for the 2013-14 school year

Commitment:
90-100 logged hours (see job description for details)

Compensation:
$1800-2000 annual stipend

  • Interview

Mentors in the Mentor Program for 2012-13:

  • Submit to HR: A reflection essay with questions provided by Teaching & Learning Center, and a confidential letter of recommendation from the teacher's current or former administrator. (Confidential Administrative Recommendation Form; submitted to HR in a sealed envelope)
  • No Interview

Mentors who interviewed in 2012, but did not recieve a Mentor assignment:
